Business Development Executive (BDE)

Hi

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business

opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support overall revenue growth. The ideal

candidate should have experience in staffing, hiring solutions, talent acquisition, or HR services and

be confident in selling recruitment solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential clients for staffing & recruitment services.

- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to HR leaders and decision-makers.

- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

- Stay updated on market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor services.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR/Marketing or related field (preferred).
