About Atom Eats
Atom Eats is a fast-growing, new-age snack brand building premium, fun, and scalable snack products across D2C, B2B, gifting, cafés, hotels, and corporate channels. We’re looking for a driven, sharp, and execution-focused B2B Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us scale institutional sales and partnerships across India. If you enjoy closing deals, building relationships, managing data like a pro, and following up till the deal is signed — this role is for you.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth by generating new leads, managing partnerships, nurturing prospects, and closing deals across:
- Cafés & restaurants
- Hotels & mini-bars
- Corporate offices & gifting
- Co-working spaces
- Event planners & caterers
- Modern retail & institutional buyers
This role requires someone extremely organized, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable owning sales numbers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and build a database of relevant B2B prospects
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, calls, and in-person meetings
- Build consistent outbound pipelines weekly
2. Sales & Deal Closure
- Pitch Atom Eats products confidently to decision-makers
- Send samples and follow up systematically
- Negotiate pricing within approved margins
- Close deals and onboard partners
3. Data & CRM Management
- Maintain structured lead sheets and CRM tracking
- Track conversion rates, follow-up timelines, and deal stages
- Share weekly sales reports with founders
- Maintain accurate forecasting
4. Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with buyers
- Ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities
- Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients
5. Market Expansion
- Identify new partnership channels
- Explore collaboration opportunities
- Support exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / partnerships / business development
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and data-driven
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
- Confident communicator (spoken & written English + Hindi preferred)
- Hunger to grow in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ability to work independently and own targets
