About Atom Eats


Atom Eats is a fast-growing, new-age snack brand building premium, fun, and scalable snack products across D2C, B2B, gifting, cafés, hotels, and corporate channels. We’re looking for a driven, sharp, and execution-focused B2B Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us scale institutional sales and partnerships across India. If you enjoy closing deals, building relationships, managing data like a pro, and following up till the deal is signed — this role is for you.


Role Overview


You will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth by generating new leads, managing partnerships, nurturing prospects, and closing deals across:

  • Cafés & restaurants
  • Hotels & mini-bars
  • Corporate offices & gifting
  • Co-working spaces
  • Event planners & caterers
  • Modern retail & institutional buyers

This role requires someone extremely organized, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable owning sales numbers.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and build a database of relevant B2B prospects
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, calls, and in-person meetings
  • Build consistent outbound pipelines weekly


2. Sales & Deal Closure

  • Pitch Atom Eats products confidently to decision-makers
  • Send samples and follow up systematically
  • Negotiate pricing within approved margins
  • Close deals and onboard partners


3. Data & CRM Management

  • Maintain structured lead sheets and CRM tracking
  • Track conversion rates, follow-up timelines, and deal stages
  • Share weekly sales reports with founders
  • Maintain accurate forecasting


4. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with buyers
  • Ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities
  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients


5. Market Expansion

  • Identify new partnership channels
  • Explore collaboration opportunities
  • Support exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events


Who We’re Looking For


  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales / partnerships / business development
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and data-driven
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
  • Confident communicator (spoken & written English + Hindi preferred)
  • Hunger to grow in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and own targets
