Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through market visits references and networking
• Meet architects contractors dealers corporates and end customers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and coordinate quotations with the internal team
• Follow up on shared quotes and convert them into confirmed orders
• Maintain and update all leads deals and activities in Zoho CRM
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor information

Skills and Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical products and project requirements
• Self-motivated and target driven approach
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems preferred
• Willingness to travel for field sales
