Business Development Executive – Industrial Sales | B2B | Adhesive Tapes | Pan India

We are a leading industrial tape manufacturing company specializing in adhesive tapes, industrial tapes, packaging tapes, automotive tapes, electrical insulation tapes, and specialty adhesive solutions serving B2B clients across India.


Position: Business Development Executive – Industrial Sales (Pan India)Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Products / Adhesive Tapes

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Pan India (Field + Inside Sales)


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive B2B Industrial Sales across India
  • Develop new business in manufacturing, automotive, packaging, electrical, EPC, and industrial sectors
  • Lead generation through cold calling, lead conversion, distributor network expansion, and key account management
  • Manage distributors, dealers, OEMs, and direct corporate clients
  • Conduct field sales visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Handle RFQs, quotations, negotiations, order closing, and payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and QC for smooth execution
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets and revenue growth
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

  • Self-driven, target-oriented sales professional
