Job Description

🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Business Development Executive (Interior Sales)

📍 Location: Mulund, Mumbai


🔹 Role Objective

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closure—while collaborating closely with design and project teams to deliver a seamless client experience.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

🏢 Client Acquisition & Sales


  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into residential interior projects
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, design preferences, and budgets
  • Provide consultative guidance and recommend suitable design solutions

Proposal & Costing Prepare

  • quotations, BOQs, proposals, and cost estimates
  • Ensure alignment of pricing and scope with client expectations

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with design and execution teams for planning and presentations
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth project handover post-sales closure

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationship
  • Ensure high-quality communication and service standards

Sales Performance

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Manage sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
  • Track and report performance using CRM tools

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead conversion ratio
  • Revenue target achievement
  • Time-to-close
  • Client satisfaction & referrals
  • Proposal accuracy
  • Internal coordination efficiency

Requirement's

Experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-outs / Architecture / Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

  • Strong background in residential interior project sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
  • Ability to independently manage meetings and close deals
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design concepts (preferred)
  • Experience in preparing BOQs, quotations, and proposals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
