We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and promote CAD Software Solutions (Autodesk, Trimble Sketchup, Chaos VRay, ZWCAD, etc.).

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the AEC or engineering software space.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate CAD software solutions.
• Schedule and conduct product demos (with support from technical team).
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and regularly update CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle post-sale coordination including license delivery, basic onboarding, and support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and renewal business.
• Work closely with the marketing and technical team to improve engagement and conversion.
• Stay updated with latest CAD trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings.
