Overview:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Plastic Waste Management, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the market and establishing partnerships to drive sustainable solutions for plastic waste management. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of EPR regulations, environmental sustainability, and business development principles.


Responsibilities:


1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in EPR plastic waste management.

- Analyze regulatory requirements, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Identify potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the plastic value chain.


2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.

- Identify decision-makers within target organizations and initiate contact.

- Qualify leads based on business needs, sustainability goals, and alignment with our services.


3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Educate clients on EPR regulations, sustainability practices, and the benefits of effective plastic waste management.

- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.


4. Proposal Development and Presentation:

- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals to client requirements.

- Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing questions and objections as needed.


5. Project Coordination and Handover:

- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure smooth handover of contracts and agreements.

- Provide ongoing support to clients during project initiation and implementation.

- Ensure alignment between client and operations team.

- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.


6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

- Contribute insights and feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
