Job Title: Business Development Executive – Home Loans

Responsibilities:

• Visit and coordinate at designated project sites.
• Interact with walk-in customers and explain Home Loan products.
• Reach out to potential and existing clients through calls and meetings.
• Provide detailed information about company services and financial products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries effectively.
• Generate leads through communication and client interaction.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Assist clients with required documentation for loan processing.
• Guide customers regarding Home Loans, Construction Finance, and SME Financing.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients and prospects.
• Ensure timely coordination between customers and the internal processing team.
• Support overall business development and client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and documentation
