Job Description:

One Kingfisher Consulting is looking for Business Development Executives – HR to support blue-collar hiring. This is a field-based role involving direct interaction with companies to understand and close their hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and connect with companies for blue-collar hiring requirements
• Understand client manpower needs and explain recruitment solutions
• Generate new leads and build relationships with HRs and business owners
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for closures
• Achieve monthly targets for client onboarding and hiring support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferred candidates from Navi Mumbai & Thane
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to do field work
• Basic understanding of HR / recruitment is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives (no cap)
• Flexible work options (Full-Time / Part-Time / WFH with field work)
