Job Description - 

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and developing strategies to reach them. 

* Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. 

* Business Development Strategy: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. 

* Market Research and Analysis: Analysing market trends, competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities. 

* Sales and Negotiation: Conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 

* Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams. 

* Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales performance, identifying weaknesses, and making adjustments to strategies. 

* Administrative Duties: Managing CRM systems, updating databases, and preparing reports. 

 

Key Skills:

* Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively. 

* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 

* Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and contract management. 

* Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to identify and address challenges, and think strategically.
