Business Development Executive – SaaS & IT Services

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads, present our software products and digital services to potential clients, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Present and demonstrate company software products and digital solutions.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of software, SaaS, or IT services sales.
• Ability to conduct product demos and presentations.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot CRM or Zoho CRM is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
