Business Development Manager for Interior Design Company

Salary - 50k - 70k Per Month

Location - Mulund Mumbai

Business Development Manager FOR INTERIOR DEISGN & BUILD COMPANY- ONLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Proactively identifies, qualify, and solicit new business to achieve personal lead generation goals

Send proposals on all leads which fit the profile; actively follow through to convert the same

Make B2B (business to business) calls to acquire corporate partners and new customers

Close the best opportunities based on market conditions and specific client needs.

Attend weekly sales staff meetings to share regular updates on leads/ opportunities

To liaison with the Marketing team for timely delivery of customized collaterals.

To support in designing events/seminars and propagate offers designed for corporates. Complete additional projects as determined by the HOC and / or team lead.

To ensure generation of leads through calls references.

To proactively contact potential customers.

To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers.

To participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize lead conversion.

To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities.

To continuously track changing trends, customer requirements & feedback and conveying the same to the Management.

To track competitor movements in the location and strategies and communicate the market intelligence.
