Job Title: Business Development Manager – Secured Loans

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

About the Role We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Secured Loan products. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and exposure to Real Estate.

• Key Responsibilities Generate and manage business leads for Secured Loans (Home Loans & Mortgage Loans)
• Build and maintain strong relations with customers, DSAs, channel partners, and real estate builders
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable loan solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support company growth
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for documentation and loan processing
• Explore new business opportunities and stay updated with market trends
• Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in Loan Industry (Secured Loans Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of property evaluation and loan process
• Experience in Real Estate networking preferred
• Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Qualification Any Graduate (Finance/Banking background preferred)
• As per industry standards and based on experience
• Salary₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month + incentives (based on experience)
