Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time, on-site role that focuses on building relationships with top architects and interior designers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing growth strategies to drive sales.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our presence in the luxury surfaces market.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with leading architects and interior designers.

• Specify and position Evo Surfaces’ brand in high-end projects, ensuring it becomes a preferred choice among architects and designers.

• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets.

• Represent Evo Surfaces at industry events and stay updated on market trends.


Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in high-end materials or interiors.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.

• Ability to understand client needs and build lasting rapport.

• Experience in the plywood, veneer or laminate industry is a plus.
