 Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager is located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and representing the company at industry events. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand customer requirements and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. Additional duties include preparing proposals and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.

 Qualifications

Strong business development skills, including identifying opportunities, networking, and building client relationships

Sales strategy development and experience with preparing proposals and closing deals

Knowledge of the modular furniture industry is a plus

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs

Proficient in market research and industry trend analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the luxury or interior design space is advantageous
