Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand the adoption of Vahanfin’s banking and RTO-focused technology solutions. The role involves working closely with banks, NBFCs, leasing companies, dealers, and corporate clients to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and business growth for Vahanfin’s banking, PDD, hypothecation, and RTO compliance solutions.
- Acquire and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, leasing companies, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demos to prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned revenue and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations and tech teams for smooth implementation and client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, banking, NBFC, RTO, or vehicle finance domains.
- Strong understanding of vehicle loan lifecycle, post-disbursal processes, and RTO compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to sell technology-driven and API-based solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
