Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead

our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the interior

designing or exhibition stall industry, with strong client acquisition skills, market knowledge,

and the ability to build long-term business relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker

who can identify opportunities, drive sales, and contribute to the overall business growth of the

organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in interior design and exhibition

stall sectors.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential

clients.

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business

growth targets.

● Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to align client

requirements with deliverables.

● Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.

● Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements with clients.

● Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

● Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects and clients.● Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline

status, and market opportunities.

Key Requirements:

● Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in the

Interior Designing or Exhibition Stall industry.

● Strong industry network and client connections.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets.

● Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

● Ability to lead discussions with senior-level clients and decision-makers.

● Strong knowledge of project costing, design solutions, and execution timelines.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

(preferred).
