Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in Mutual fund sales and team handling.
- Drive Sales Through DSAs: Engage with existing DSAs to drive sales of financial products.
- Build and Strengthen Relationships: Generate referrals through relationship-building and incentive programs.
- Onboard New DSAs: Expand the DSA network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Track sales metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Conduct Engagement Activities: Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions with DSAs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support DSA campaigns
