Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Visit overseas recruitment agencies and manpower offices daily.
• Introduce Flyoverr, explain what we do and how the platform helps recruiters in saving time and building trust.
• Take a quick survey or discuss their current working pattern to understand their pain points.
• Explain Flyoverr solutions – how it fixes those pain points, like database management, verified applicants, job posting automation, etc.
• Show platform features and guide them through signup and setup.
• After signup, assist recruiters in posting jobs and growing their own database.
• Keep regular touch with onboarded recruiters to make sure they use the platform actively.
• Provide Flyoverr independent database standee to the agencies for applicants to scan and join their database.
• Build long-term relations with the recruiters and collect feedback.
• Submit daily visit reports and updates to the team.

Requirements:

• Must be confident in meeting people and talking face-to-face.
• Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic or regional language is a plus).
• Should understand how recruitment or overseas manpower agencies work.
• Should be comfortable travelling daily for field visits.
• Must know how to use mobile, WhatsApp, and basic dashboard tools.
• Must be active, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
