Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within multiple industries. This role requires a strong ability to onboard new companies by understanding their needs, offering relevant consulting services, and establishing long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, BFSI, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, etc).
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads, leveraging market research, networking

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales and Proposal Development:

  • Create and deliver proposals and presentations for HR services, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Relationship-Building & Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • To build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and strategic insights.

Market Research:

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to offer customized HR solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in HR consulting or related services
  • Proven track record of onboarding new clients across various industries with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide customized HR solutions
  • Knowledge of HR industry trends and challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field will be an added advantage
