Business Development Manager (BDM)

The role requires the following criteria:

• High-energy field sales professional – age under 40 years.
• Required to work from home but travel daily.
• Strong capability to establish the existing connections & nourish the new network.
• Must have home not too far away from Business areas.
• Local language proficiency is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDBA in Marketing preferred).
• Min. 5 years of exp. in Business Development in HoReCa/ QSR, Architect/ Interior Designer or Furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1)    Identify, develop, and onboard new clients in the HoReCa/QSR segment.

2)    Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the revenue and meet the sales target.

3)    Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

4)    Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business & client retention.

5)    Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends and market demands.
