Job Description
*Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)*| Andheri (E), Mumbai
We are looking for a motivated BDM to drive sales of Samyak Computer Classes franchises and to service our existing network across Mumbai.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities in Mumbai.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Do call, set Zoom meetings & invite at Andheri Office to franchisees leads.
- Participate in Event & Handle Social Media Leads
- Visit existing franchise centers monthly and keep tracking their progress report regularly.
*Required Profile*
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or training services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Hindi/Marathi and English.
*Compensation*
- Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (plus performance incentives).
