Job Summary:


The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The role focuses on market expansion, revenue generation, and long-term business development.



Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and support repeat business and upselling opportunities



Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships

• Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach



Experience:

• 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets

• Number of new clients acquired

• Client retention and repeat business

• Conversion rate of leads to customers
