BDM Job Role


As a Business Development Manager at Mahadev Finance, you'll act as a trusted Financial Solutions Expert-connecting with pre-qualified customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best top-up loan solutions, while building long-term relationships and unlocking strong reaming potential.


Engage with pre-qualified potential customers via phone to generate high-quality leads for top-up loan opportunities.


-Aim for meaningful conversations with 60-70 customers daily, prioritizing quality over quantity in calls.


-Assess customer eligibility by reviewing CIBIL scores and financial documents to identify the most suitable leads.


Advise customers on available top-up loan benefits, addressing queries, explaining terms, and highlighting advantages.


-Maintain relationships through WhatsApp follow-ups to build trust and increase conversion chances.


-Guide customers through document collection and submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
