Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new members, building strong community partnerships, and promoting the gym’s personal training and fitness programs. The role involves creating sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly membership and revenue targets.

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and digital platforms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly membership and personal training sales targets.
• Manage inquiries, conduct consultations, and provide tailored fitness solutions.

2. Business Development

• Build partnerships with local businesses, corporates, schools, and residential societies for collaborations and group memberships.
• Organize fitness events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract new members.
• Explore new revenue streams such as corporate wellness programs or online training plans.
