Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive loan and financial product sales, build strong client relationships, and generate business opportunities in the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for business loans, project finance, and corporate funding
Handle client acquisition through calls, meetings, and references
Understand client financial requirements and propose suitable solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
Maintain strong follow-up with clients for closures
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper CRM and client database
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of loan products / banking / finance sector
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle HNI / business clients
Basic understanding of financial documents
Preferred Experience:
0–3 years in loan sales / financial services / BFSI sector
Experience in NBFC / DSA / Loan consultancy is an added advantage
