Hiring for a Financial Advisory Firm specializing in debt syndication, risk management, and funding solutions for SMEs and mid-corporates, with founders who have worked in senior positions in companies like CRISIL, D&B, etc., offering services like working capital, project finance, home loans, and strategic advice, leveraging partnerships with leading Indian financial institutions. 


Job Description:

Our company specializes in arranging loan products for emerging and mid-sized corporates. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our loan products by building relationships with potential clients and managing existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify potential clients and develop a sales strategy to approach and win them over.

·       Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services.

·       Work closely with bankers and our team of analysts to ensure that loan products are tailored to meet the needs of clients.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

·       Keep up with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.

·       Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

·       Strong sales and negotiation skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Willingness to travel within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan for client meetings.

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

·       Graduate from any field.

Salary Range: Rs. 4.5 to 5 lakhs per annum
