Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Business development manager (warehouse- Cold Storage ) is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients., Expanding existing accounts and promoting warehousing and cold storage and logistics services. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities building strong clients relationship and increasing warehouse utilized.

Must requirement of WAREHOUSE AND COLD STORAGE HANDLING JOB

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing .

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients

• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives

• Develop and implement business development strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management

• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• MBA (Marketing / Logistics preferred and warehouse - cold storage

Experience:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in business development or sales in logistics/warehousing and cold storage

• Experience in 3PL, distribution, or supply chain services preferred
