Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field

Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a

passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development

Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers,

and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7–10 cold

visits every day

● Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits

● Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat

business

● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly
