Job Role: Female Sales Manager –Bollywood Acting Classes & Portfolio Shoot (Online Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Female Sales Manager to promote and sell our Bollywood Acting Classes, Grooming Programs, and Portfolio Shoot Services online. The role involves connecting with aspiring actors, models, and performers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards the right training and portfolio packages.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell acting classes, portfolio shoots, and grooming services through online platforms.

Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, emails, Instagram, and other social media channels.

Convert leads generated through digital ads, social media campaigns, and walk-ins.

Build strong rapport with aspiring actors, models, and parents of students.

Explain course offerings, schedules, and fees clearly to clients.

Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups until successful conversion.

Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and performance reports.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotions.

Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Experience in sales, counseling, or client relations (preferably in education, entertainment, training institutes, or creative industry).

Excellent communication and persuasive skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages a plus).

Strong understanding of social media, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet.

Confident personality with ability to connect with creative-minded clients.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
