Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the financial & insurance services sector, particularly in Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Home Loans, and Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients in mutual fund, deposit, Home/Mortgage loan, and life insurance verticals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financial products to client needs.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
- Conduct presentations, client meetings, and financial consultations as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Mentor & support junior team members as & when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in financial services (Mutual Funds, Home Loans, Deposits, Insurance).
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Tally.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
