Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential projects.
• Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
• Conduct project presentations, explain offerings, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, site events, and promotional activities.
• Track and follow up on client inquiries and prospects to ensure timely closure.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Support documentation and coordination for booking, agreement, and registration processes.
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation
