Job Description

Job Responsibilities


​Strategic Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients, acting as the first point of contact to introduce our financial products.


​Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels to maintain a robust sales pipeline.


​Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective clients and the senior lending team.


​End-to-End Client Conversion: Drive the sales process from initial interest to final conversion, including rigorous follow-ups and client relationship management.


​Documentation & Compliance Coordination: Facilitate the collection and verification of all necessary financial documents (KYC, GST, Bank Statements) to ensure file completeness.


​Loan Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with operations teams to oversee the processing and smooth disbursement of loan files, ensuring a seamless experience for the borrower.
