Job Title: Business Development / Sales Executive– Society & House Management Solutions




Location: MUMBAI (Client Visiting & Hybrid Role)

Job Summary:




We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our housing/society management solution to residential complexes, cooperative housing societies, and gated communities across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations, building strong relationships with society committees, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.




Key Responsibilities:




Identify and approach potential housing societies and residential complexes in Mumbai.


Conduct door-to-door, on-field visits to society management committees (MCs), secretaries, and treasurers.


Pitch the benefits of the society management app, including payment management, maintenance tracking, complaint handling, and resident communication.


Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers.


Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.


Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support when required.


Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, feedback, and follow-ups.


Work closely with the marketing team to align on local campaigns and outreach efforts.


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.






Requirements:




Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.




Experience: 0–1 years of field sales experience, preferably in SaaS, real estate, fintech, or service-based industries.




Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, Gujrati, Marathi any languages.




Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate landscape, especially cooperative housing societies.




Comfortable with on-ground travel and fieldwork.




Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.




Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace is a plus.






Preferred Qualifications:




Prior experience in selling to housing societies, builders, or real estate stakeholders.




Network with society management committee members is a strong advantage.




Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital solutions simply to non-technical users.
