Job Summary

Daruwallas Consultancy Services LLP is rebuilding its consulting and resource augmentation business. We are looking for a business development professional whose primary responsibility is to acquire new clients and generate recruitment and staffing mandates. This is a performance-driven role focused on closures, not just meetings.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies requiring recruitment, staffing, or resource augmentation services

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and references

• Set up meetings with HR heads, founders, and decision-makers

• Pitch recruitment and staffing services and convert discussions into active mandates

• Coordinate with the recruitment team after closure to ensure delivery

• Maintain a live pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, and conversions

• Track and report daily and weekly business development activity

• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business


Who Should Apply

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

• Experience selling services such as staffing, recruitment, HR, IT services, or consulting

• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and rejection

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes
