About the Role:

We are seeking ambitious, career-driven graduates to join our Business Management Training Program — a structured pathway designed to develop future leaders in sales, marketing, and business development.

This is a field-based role where you’ll begin at the entry level, learning the core skills of sales, client relations, and brand representation. Through performance-based progression and guided mentorship, you’ll advance into roles involving team leadership, client account management, budgeting, and market expansion strategy.

Our goal is to equip you with the full toolkit of a modern business leader — someone capable of managing teams, driving revenue, and leading business growth across new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in direct sales and marketing campaigns across Mumbai
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding brand experiences
• Learn to plan and manage field operations and territory performance
• Participate in structured business and leadership training modules
• Develop team management, performance tracking, and coaching skills
• Progress to managing sales teams, overseeing client accounts, and contributing to expansion into new regions
• Learn financial management, including client budgeting and sales forecasting

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or fresher with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and grow within a structured development framework
• Highly motivated, performance-oriented, and resilient
• Enjoys working with people and leading from the front
• Interested in long-term career growth in business management and leadership

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹85,000 per month (base + incentives)
