Cafe Manager

• Café Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day café operations.
• Create schedules for the barista, wait staff, and kitchen teams.
• Hire, onboard, and train new staff on drink preparation and equipment use.
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies (e.g., cups, coffee, milk).
• Monitor daily expenses and revenues and maintain accurate financial records.
• Add new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonality.
• Provide guidance to staff on resolving customer issues and delivering excellent service.
• Ensure all areas of the café are clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-7 years of work experience as a Café Manager, Barista, or Restaurant Manager.
• Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Flexible to work during all café hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a Bachelor's degree.
