Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe.
- Employ and train new baristas and wait staff.
- Employees should receive training on making drinks and using coffee makers correctly.
- As needed, place orders for supplies (such as takeout cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients) and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure that your daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and cost records are kept up to date.
- Depending on the season and the tastes of the patrons, add new menu items (vegan coffee drinks, for example).
- Provide employees with guidance on how to handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Make sure every café area is spotless.
- Develop cordial connections with clients in order to foster loyalty and improve our standing.
