📌 Position: Café All-Rounder / Counter StaffLocation: Sentiments Café, Malad (Evershine Nagar)

• 💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities:Counter Handling & Customer Interaction
• Greeting customers, taking orders, explaining cakes, desserts & café products.
• Selling Cakes & Desserts
• Suggesting items, upselling special products, maintaining product knowledge.
• Coffee & Beverage Making
• Preparing basic coffee, shakes, coolers & café beverages.
• Serving
• Serving desserts, drinks & café items to customers with a great hospitality experience.
• Billing & POS Handling
• Generating bills, managing cash/card/UPI payments.
• Stock Counting & Inventory Support
• Daily stock checking, reporting shortages, maintaining display.
• Basic Cleaning & Store Upkeep
• Maintaining hygiene at the counter, tables, and service area.
• Home Deliveries (Nearby Area)
• Quick and polite delivery for close-by orders when required.
