Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Café Staff member to join our Gaming Café in Mumbai. The candidate should have basic knowledge of gaming computers, PlayStation consoles, and gaming accessories. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry — we will guide you through the complete process and train you on café operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in setting up and operating gaming PCs and PlayStation consoles.
• Ensure all gaming systems and café equipment are functioning properly.
• Maintain the gaming area — cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness for players.
• Handle customer check-ins, billing, and session timing management.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during gameplay.
• Help with basic troubleshooting of computers, consoles, and accessories.
• Monitor and manage café operations efficiently during assigned shifts.
