🕓 Shift Timings:

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM | 6 Days a Week

Please note: This is an evening shift position. Applicants must be able to travel to and from work safely, including at 3 AM.

💼 Position: Café Staff / Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers, take and process orders

  • Promote new drinks, upgrades, and combo offers

  • Encourage Google reviews and social media follows (Instagram / Facebook)

  • Assist in kitchen prep and maintain café cleanliness

  • Handle POS systems, Zomato & Swiggy store apps

  • Maintain stock and inventory

  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards

👩‍💼 Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality

  • Good communication skills and ability to connect with people

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

  • Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with night shifts

  • Prior café or restaurant experience is a plus (training provided)

💰 Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: ₹15,000/month

  • Late Evening Shift Allowance: ₹3,000/month

  • Incentive: ₹50 per working shift

  • Tips: Shared equally among team members
