Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Beverage Preparation: Crafting specialty coffee, espresso, tea, and blended drinks according to recipes.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering menu questions, taking orders, and up-selling products.
• Equipment Operation: Operating and cleaning grinders, blenders, and commercial espresso machines.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Sanitizing work areas, equipment, and dining spaces while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Replenishing stock, including coffee beans, milk, and pastries.
