Cake Shop Counter Sales Staff

CAKE SHOP/RESTAUARANT EXPERIENCE WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE

·        Sales is an integral responsibility for sales employee, conversion of every client who visits the store is important.

·        Needs to have proper knowledge about the products in display area, if not proper should be willing to learn.

·        Need to have a jolly and a humble nature towards customers specifically to create a welcoming atmosphere.

·        Greeting every customer as per the instructed standards and as per the holiday or marketing promotion.

·        Suggesting the customer specialities of our menu and difference in product compared to other brands so as to help the customer make a proper decision.

·        Alignment of tags to be done properly as per the product in the refrigerator & shelves.

·        Arrangement of baskets, service cutlery, covering sheet or cloches etc.

·        Arrangement & folding of boxes related to the product of sale as per instructions.

·        Properly Packaging of products in boxes after order confirmation in store or online.

·        Keeping an inventory of products required for packaging as per provided list in order to place new order for finished boxes or to remove from the loft area.

·        Wiping & dusting of display fridges, desktop cabinet, wooden shelves & display area cabinets periodically at least once in a day.

·        Cleaning & mopping of display area once a day as per decided time.

·        Coordinating with head chef or kitchen staff to provide not available items in display area.

·        Date tagging of products on trays/cake boards used for display of products.

·        Coordinating with kitchen for specials of the day.

·        Assisting in decoration required for specific marketing promotions or events.

·        Should be helpful & willing to additional work as required and instructed.

·        Update purchase raw material every day on pet pooja

·        Update product wastage every day on pet pooja

·        Update conversion of daily production on pet pooja

·        Update for decoration item ordering

·        Update production for next day

·        Update advance order on what’sapp group 

·        Update inventory every month on last date also in pet pooja

·        If any new product is launched update in raw material in pet pooja
