Job Summary:


We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to manage inbound and outbound calls along with sales, assist patients with queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist patients with test bookings, reports, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and locations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with patients for feedback and service improvement
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience in BPO / Healthcare call centre preferred

Skills Required:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
