Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to manage inbound and outbound calls along with sales, assist patients with queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist patients with test bookings, reports, and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and locations
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Follow up with patients for feedback and service improvement
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in BPO / Healthcare call centre preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
