Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

* Understand customer needs and provide accurate service information

* Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments

* Address customer queries and assist customers

* Follow call scripts, quality, and compliance standards

* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

* Meet defined productivity, quality, and booking targets

Skills & Competencies

* Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)

* Good listening and interpersonal skills

* Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge

* Ability to handle objections and work under targets

Qualification & Experience

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

* 2–3 years’ experience in call center, customer support, or telecalling roles

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Call quality and compliance score

* Appointment booking / conversion rate

* Customer satisfaction and resolution rate

* Accuracy of customer data
