Job Description

Key Responsiblities


  • Customer Interaction: Answer calls, emails, or chats; provide information; address concerns; handle complaints.
  • Data Management: Update customer records, log call details in CRM software, and maintain databases.

Product Knowledge: Explain product features, terms, and new offers

Sales/Upselling: Identify sales opportunities and promote products/services. 


Core Skills & Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and active listening skills, professional tone.
  • Technical: Proficiency with call center software, databases, and CRM tools.
  • Behavioral: Patience, empathy, strong problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process Adherence: Following scripts, company procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
