Job Description

Answer incoming customer/patient calls professionally and courteously.

Make outbound calls to follow up on appointment reminders, confirmations, feedback, or other service-related matters.

Provide accurate information regarding Kaya’s services, treatments, doctors’ schedules, promotions, and pricing.

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per customer requests.

Reconfirm upcoming appointments with clients to reduce no-shows.

Communicate availability of services and clinicians to ensure proper booking flow
