Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Lead

Location: Malad West, Mumbai (On-site, daily office reporting)

Experience: Min. 2-3 years

Salary Budget: Up to 5 LPA

Working: 6 days working, Rotational shifts including night shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our ambulance partner/vendor onboarding and assist in expanding our ambulance network. The role requires close coordination with the Call Centre (CC) Team to ensure smooth operations, identify challenges, and help resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Onboard ambulance vendors/partners and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

·        Support the team in ambulance network expansion by identifying and approaching new vendors.

·        Visit the Malad West office daily and work in close collaboration with the Call Centre Team.

·        Observe and understand team operations to identify challenges and suggest improvements.

·        Act as a bridge between ambulance partners and the internal team to streamline communication.

·        Assist in ensuring service quality, vendor engagement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

·        Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Management/Operations).

·        Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or field coordination (healthcare/transport industry experience is a plus).

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Willingness to travel locally for vendor onboarding and network expansion.

·        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
