Call Centre BPO Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through various communication channels
• Deliver prompt, accurate information and effective resolutions
• Document all customer interactions and feedback with attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve escalated issues
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong command of written English communication

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (Day & Night)
• 5 working days per week
