Car Rental Operations

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day transport operations, ensuring efficient coordination between clients, drivers, and vehicles for long-term and ad-hoc rental services, focusing on timely service, client satisfaction, and optimal fleet management. 

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Scheduling: Plan and manage daily/real-time vehicle dispatch, allocating drivers and vehicles based on client requirements, routes, and schedules.
• Client Coordination: Handle client inquiries, confirm booking details, address concerns, and provide updates, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Driver Management: Brief drivers, monitor their adherence to routes and schedules, manage duty rosters, and ensure professional conduct.
• Real-time Monitoring: Use GPS/tracking systems to monitor trips, vehicle status, and ensure on-time service delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Address urgent requests, cancellations, delays, and breakdowns, coordinating swift resolutions.
• Fleet Readiness: Work with maintenance to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for dispatch.
• Admin & Reporting: Maintain trip sheets, vehicle logs, customer records, and generate operational reports. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication (oral/written) and listening skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and car rental software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, calls, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking, route planning, and logistics.
• Experience in car rental, transport, or logistics operations is often preferred.
